First off, don't feel pressured to have sex. 14 is way too young to have sex. From this question, it is obvious you need to learn a lot more about sex in general before you even decide to have sex. Always use a condom when you have sex. When men are turned on their penis usually leaks some precum which does contain some amounts of sperm. If you aren't touching any precum, and it's just skin, there is no way to get pregnant. The internet has a wealth of knowledge available 24/7. There are many sites with information about sex, stds, etc.

Very unlikely, If you don't want to become pregnant in the future then use a condom and be safe.
