Fast hair growth

Question Posted Monday March 14 2011, 6:29 pm

I have shoulder-length hair, and I really want it to grow out. But my hair tends to sort of hit a plateau, where it seems to stop growing, and it's almost at that length. Is there anyway I can stimilate growth to make my hair grow faster, and to grow past the point it usually stops?
