How can I make my ProBoards.com forum better looking?

Question Posted Tuesday March 8 2011, 7:53 pm

I haven't made my forum yet because I've been waiting for a name, but anyway.
I found this great RP site: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

And I LOVE the graphics. How can I add pictures to the side of the forums (to mine) and make all of the pictures look nice?
Also, do you know what skin that is?

... They have a forum dedicated to graphic design and generally making your forum look better.

They will also know what proboards skin that is.
