You're both a little to young to know what love truly is. I'm sure you care for each other and have strong feelings towards each other but not enough to be married. More than likely he's doing what he needs to, to get in your pants. Boys will do or say almost anything they can to make a girl feel good. And when a girl feels good, they'll do anything to make him feel good, which includes sex. So my advice would be to take things slowly and enjoy each others company. Let the relationship runs it's natural course and if you're still together after you graduate, then you can discuss marriage. I hope this helps and good luck.
