value of a Regina Sine Laby Origina charm I have a Regina Sine Laby Original Conception O.P.N dated 1859 the best I can tell I know it is from the 1800's can somebody tell me if it has any value?

This is a Catholic artifact. The value would be strictly spiritual, unless it is made of a precious metal.
You have trouble finding it because it is spelled as such:
Regina Sine Labe Originali Concepta OPN (Ora Pro Nobis) which is roughly: "Queen Conceived Without Original Sin, Pray for Us."

As for the date... they all say that. It has to do with the date it was originated, not the date that particular one was made. Example:
