Double sides sticky tape or sticky pads will work well. You can find them at most drug or home improvement stores. I hope this helps and good luck.

Presumably, you wouldn't want to be making holes in your wall, even with a thumbtack.

We use this stuff at work and sometime around the house. Works pretty good and comes off when you no longer need it.
