To uninstall the My Web Search toolbar:
(Please note that once you have removed the toolbar, you will no longer have access to Smiley Central, Zwinky, My Fun Cards Popular Screensavers, Cursor Mania or Webfetti)
Windows XP
1) From your computer's 'Start' button, select 'Settings', then 'Control Panel'
2) Double-click on 'Add/Remove Programs'
3) Select "My Web Search" (Product name)** or the "Product Name" you downloaded (ex Webfetti)
4) Click 'Remove'.
5) You must reboot your computer to completely remove the toolbar.
**This will be the name of the site that you downloaded the toolbar from."
Windows Vista
1) From your computer's 'Start' button, select 'Control Panel'
2) Double-click on 'Programs and Features'
3) Select "My Web Search" (Product name)** or the "Product Name" you downloaded (ex Webfetti)
4) Click 'Remove'.
5) You must reboot your computer to completely remove the toolbar.
**This will be the name of the site that you downloaded the toolbar from."
Windows 7
1) From your computer's 'Start' button, select 'Control Panel'
2) Click the "Uninstall a Program" option found under the "Programs" category
3) Select "My Web Search" (Product name)** or the "Product Name" you downloaded (ex Webfetti)
4) Click "Remove"
5) You must reboot your computer to completely remove the toolbar.

Macintosh (Firefox Only)
1) Open your Firefox browser
2) From your browser's menu bar select 'Tools' and then 'Add-Ons' from the drop down menu
3) Find and click on the MyWebSearch Toolbar listing and click the Uninstall button.
4) Confirm the uninstallation by clicking Uninstall in the confirmation dialog box
5) Click on the 'Restart Firefox' button at the top of the Add-Ons dialog box.
After uninstalling the My Web Search toolbar, you may need to restore your browser's homepage back to its previous setting. For instructions on how to reset your homepage: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
To reset your homepage back to your desired choice, use the following instructions that correspond to your browser of choice:
FOR INTERNET EXPLORER 7 AND ABOVE:
1. Navigate to the webpage you would like to set as the home page.
2. Click the arrow to the right of the Home button Picture of the Home button, and then click Add or Change Home Page.
3. In the Add or Change Home Page dialog box, do one of the following:
To make the current webpage your only home page, click Use this webpage as your only home page.
To start a home page tab set or to add the current webpage to your set of home page tabs, click Add this webpage to your home page tabs.
To replace your existing home page or home page tab set with the webpages you currently have open, click Use the current tab set as your home page. This option will only be available if you have more than one tab open in Internet Explorer.
4. Click Yes to save your changes.
FOR MOZILLA FIREFOX USERS:
1. Navigate to the page you want set as your home page.
2. At the top of the Firefox window on the menu bar, click on the Tools, and select Options.
3. If it isn't already selected, click the Main icon. The Main options panel is displayed.
4. Click on Use Current Page. (If you have a group of tabs open, the entire group of tabs will be set as your home page.
You can also use the Use Bookmark button to set one of your bookmarks as your home page.)
