Having good breath is a good start. Don't wear to much lipstick or lip gloss. It may look good on you but boys typically don't like the taste or the waxy feeling of lipstick. Start off slow with little short kisses. Try and hold your breath for the little ones and once you move on to longer kisses, breathe through your nose. When you're ready for a little tounge, open your mouth slightly and let your tounge come out to meet his. If you feel he's moving to fast and wants to ram his tongue down your throat, put your hands on his face and gently pull him away. My last bit of advice is try not to be to sloppy.
