Yes. Why wouldn't you? Not only is it a silly thing to lie about, your boyfriend will probably go alot slower and gentler as he will know you're likely to be nervous.

Usually you will bleed a bit. Sometimes you don't though. If you use tampons it's likely to have happened already. Unless you have an internal examination there's no way of telling for sure but it's not really a big deal. If you have sex you will have lost your virginity, regardless of whether or not your hymen is broken.
