They have a program called Rosetta Stone that you could try. I'm not sure how much it costs, but they sell it at some book stores and online. You can try that because it's supposed to help pretty well and at a quick pace.

I would definitely try to watch English television shows, read books written in English and keep a dictionary with you at all times.

hello, I'm an ESL teacher and as for my advise, speak English as often as you can. That could help you to speak well in English. At the same time, read books and look for the meaning of words that you're not familiar with from the dictionary. And if you can afford, study English lesson from private tutoring.
