Wanted: Computer Programmer

I would like to contact any computer programmer out there to help me in my project. I would not ask you to make a website for me, but rather, I would just ask you some tips or perhaps ideas in making it. I badly need help. :((

Forget Programming: Takes years to even get into.
This Web creaqting tool is Excellent (at least as on Windows XP): Website X5 Evolution 8. You will need to have PHP and SQL_Database_Server on the hosting site. They do provide a free site.

Clearly you want to create a Good looking website and then ask for one to be done for you to look similar and some similar functionality. Seek advice on Further improvements you should have.
