A guy fingered me and he might have an std,but he dosn't know yet. Can i have and std because i didn't make him wash his hands before he did it ?

Yes. It's actually quite possible to contract an STD from engaging in mutual masturbation.

If you look through some incurable STD forums, like forums for herpes or HPV, then there is a remarkable number of infants who have contracted sores from their parents during innocent diaper changes. Mom and Dad had forgotten to wash their own hands.

So, it's very possible to contract something like herpes from being fingered if your partner didn't wash his hands before touching you. You and your partner should always, regardless of STD infection, wash your hands before touching genitals. It's just a part of personal hygiene.
