Does having anal sex make you lose your virginity if you're a gay man?

I'm 15 & gay & a guy. I never done anything w/a girl but like 2 kisses. I been dating this guy for 2 months now & we kiss some times. He asked me last night if I thought about having sex with him. He told me before he's not a virgin. I am in all ways. So if we have sex (anal) then will that make me not a virgin? Cos obviously IM not gonna have sex w/a girl any time.
