Question Posted Thursday December 30 2010, 4:08 am

Hi friends, I am the captain of my cricket team of my school. Last month I made specifications for my teammates about the game plan on ground but now find some specifications are wrong. I have already distributed them all. Now what can I do ?? Please give me your helpful suggestion…

Sound out an email explaining you are wrong. If you can't contact your teammates, let your coach know. But you just need to act quickly. Everyone makes mistakes, but the true leaders admit their mistakes and act quickly to rectify them.
