Jaw Cracking/Popping

Question Posted Monday December 20 2010, 3:11 pm

It's been my second time using 5 Minute Bleach Whitening Gel and when I was done, I layed down on my bed and noticed that my jaw popped when I moved my jaw back. This has never happened before. Only when I ate, my jaw cracked. I'm only 15. So now, my jaw pops when it moves forward, back, and when I move it to the left. What should I do? What is this from? Is it dangerous? How is it fixed?

I can't really diagnose you over the internet but it sounds like what I had when I was your age too. It's called TMJ.

Ironically I'm 15 and my jaw pops and cracks too. Um it can be dangerous because your jaw can lock and you won't be able to move it at all. So I would tell your mom or dad. I don't believe their much you can do about it right now, just be careful.
