i've been wanting one of the north face jackets, but honestly, right now, i'm not willing to spend close to 200 dollars on one.
i've been looking on ebay for some really cheap, but i'm having no luck at all.
does anybody else know of a website where i can find one? or maybe a store that sells them cheaper?
If your small enough, you can order a kids size. I got a kids large for around 80$. If your tall, thicker, or have long arms, I wouldn't recommend this, but for me it worked out since I'm petite.
Do you have any flea markets near you? Theres a couple near me that sell north faces (either knock-offs or stolen so only if you're alright with that) and they are pretty cheap (around 40$). Maybe you could get lucky at Plato's Closet or somewhere like that.
kayalark answered Monday December 20 2010, 3:38 pm: Well no one that sells them in store will sell them less than the price of what it is in retail....but you could always check a thrift store. (probably not :P) There are a lot of knock-off brands like:
-Columbia (<---really are warm and a lot like the north face jackets that aren't the denali style)
-The south butt (great company!!!)
-L.L Bean
-altrec.com. is a good outlet store in Canada i believe.
i got the jacket i posted in pin kfor 165.99 in the northface store online, it's really comfy and deffinatly worth the money. even though it was expensive...i have had it for 3 years! any Denali style is sure to keep you warm!
