jeans and jeggings, etc

how do you keep american eagle jeggings from losing their color in the wash? should i wash it separately by hand in cold water..? the pair i have are extremely faded =(

Do they have a care label and are you following the instructions properly? If you are.. or there isn't a care label, try the following:

Always make sure you wash them inside out

Hand wash in warm water inside out if you can, if you can't, put them on a delicate spin

Don't tumble dry, just hang them

Change detergent, it could be the one you are using is too harsh

Only wash them when they need it
