www.polyvore.com is an awesome website that allows you to browse through tons of clothes sold online. I've tried researching on the site for that particular Misfit shirt. It appears it's a typical band shirt altered. The sleeves are cut off & the neckline is trimmed. Have you tried contacting the person who posted that photo?

This actually isn't just a skeleton or skull t-shirt. It is from a band. It's the Misfits logo type thing, really.

Any place locally that sells band t-shirts will probably have the Misfits. If you want to purchase online simply type in "Misfits Shirt" into Google and be astonished by the number of buy-now results.
I have to say though, I, personally, would not wear a band t-shirt without having at least listened to their music before. While you might think the skull is just attractive, it is a fashion statement that says, "I am a fan of the Misfits!" If you aren't a fan then you really shouldn't make other people have the impression of you.
