I'm a female and I wanted to ask to see if anyone knew of some exercises to tighten my vaginal area.

it is long and agonizing process. and really, your vagina will be considered tight enough if your partner's penis have some force preventing it from stretching you out.

you can try to use a toy, insert it into your vagina, then squeezing it as hard as you can, and do this repeatedly. this will strength the muscle around your hips.

Kegel squeezes,.. contracting the pelvic floor muscles... Squeeze the vagina muscles at the base, and contract like you're pulling a tampon up toward your navel... I heard something about vinegar in the vagina,.. to tighten it... : O ... Not sure if I would be putting that in there, but.... And I'm not sure how that works.. *scratches head*
