19/f i feel tired all the time. my weight is pretty low, like 94 pounds. i am 5"4. i have been put on remeron by my psychiatrist and it works, however i am still sleepy. i feel like its been getting worse. i think a lot of it is my diet. i eat junk food and a lot of meat. yesterday i took a 2 hour nap. i woke up and i was okay for a while but then i was extremely sleepy again. on Saturday night i felt sleepy at around 8 o clock, and i usually sleep a little later on the weekends. yesterday i was sleepy at 9, and this was even after i took a nap. so i don't know what to do. what's wrong with me? help!
Additional info, added Monday November 15 2010, 6:15 pm: i forgot to mention when i slept on Saturday at like 8 i woke up at 2:55 in the morning. and on Sunday when i feel asleep at 9 i woke up this morning around 6 or 7. . Had to take other medications on top of the remeron to couteract the side efects from the remeron and then I had to take another medcation to counteract the side efect of that medcation and so on and so on its a never ending cycle .I literealy had a local pharmacy right at home .but to the point its the remeron and other medications your tacking .you are takng other medications right ??I'm telling you get off of that stuff before you realy go crazzy .it cost my mairage and my family .but that's why you are sleepy all the time and have weird sleeping patterns .ts the sde efects ....
