Stop buying him stuff. See what he does. If he doesn't do anything different, he doesn't just love you for the presents.
If he starts acting different, like for example; spending less time with you, an awkwardness between you two aused by him etc, you should unfortunately break up with him.

Maybe he is just bad at relationships, and dose'nt know what to get you. Or something like that, and then again, maybe he really dosen't care. I think you should confront him then make a decision from that...
