my vagina is acting weird

ok so i just got my first pevic exam but my vagina still hurts im only11 and im scared to tell my mom and when i got my period the outer flaps of my vagina were going crazy with painis this normal btw im not sexually active

that's weird you would get a pelvic exam that young. you should only be getting them if you're sexually active. Don't be afraid to talk to your mother about what's going on with you. depending on the pain it is which wasn't described i can't really say what can be normal and what is not.
