hey i cant log in

Iv tryed several times to log in under my user name bigunored1 and email charlestaylor1971@yahoo.com but it keeps sayng invalid user name or email .iv tried to reset my password but it won't let me either .I'm a moderator also .its been days since I was able to log in now I can't do anything .can you try to figure this out and correct it .please!!! Thank you
