A week left, can't let this opportunity pass!
Okay. I know this is a redundant question, but I haven't been single in nearly 4 years, so I'm totally blind to what I'm supposed to do when I find somebody atractive.
I work with this guy, and he's cute as I don't know what. And although we rarely work the same shift, he often comes in right when I'm leaving. We've never had a really legitimate conversation, but we've talked and joked a few times before. And I try my best to flirt in the short time I've got there, but I'm so desperately bad at it that today, all I was able to say in a flirty way was "oh, you smell really good!" To which he laughed and said thank you. (I'm smooth, I know.) Anyway, I'm shamefully asking for tips on flirting within a short window of time, say like five to ten minutes tops, and how I could ask for his number or give mine without seeming like a total creeper.
I would normally just let this play out as it would, but it's just a Halloween job that ends in a week, and I feel like I just can't let this opportunity pass.
I've just lost some weight, am losing some more, and my confidence is slowly climbing, but I'm not the most confident girl out there, and I'm still awkward and hopeless in front of the "cute boys". I know it's immature, but at least I'm honest about that, right? It's a start. :)
Anyways, any tips would be so greatly appreciated. And as embarrassing as this is to admit, I'm 19/f if that helps at all. Thanks in advance. <3

I would go for the more casual type of flirting. You don't have to constantly compliment him to flirt with him because you'll come off obvious and desperate. When he walks in just say "Hey name, what's up?" He'll porbably say nothing much and you? Small talk and such. Then casually just say "Hey I found this really good mexican restaurant" or whatever he likes to eat or you like to eat and be like "We should go there sometime yea?" Then give him your number and if he likes you even a bit he'll text or give you his number. If he doesn't then I woudl just move on and try to find another guy because if he's really cute then maybe he has a gf or is a player. The key is just to be really friendly and casual. He'll get it, and this way it won't be uncomfortable if he rejects you because you didn't really ask him anything." Good lcuk! Hope I helped. :]
