Please don't buy into any of those stupid pills or quick fix plans because they all say with this product and diet and exercie you can do it. Well, the key to all of them is diet and exercise. Everyone responds differently to different diets but the main key is to take in less calories than you burn. So if you can't help what you eat, then you need to burn more by exercising. If you can cut back on your meals, then you can exercise a little less. Either way, take small steps in the beginning because if you expect to much in the start, you'll probably fail and quit. Good luck.
