There is this boy in my class who constantly annoys me to no extent.I don't even know the reason he constantly mocks me,like says I'm hot and stuff but in this mock tone.He also insults me on a daily basis.I never did anything to him,I didn't even pay attention to him,didn't know he was there until he started saying those things to me.He does it every single day.Believe me,when I come into the classroom and see him,my day is already ruined.I've really grown to despise him because he just won't let me live.We are completely different,he's one of those jerks who always get into trouble and he's brainless as well,whereas I am a sophisticated,polite girl and I take my education seriously,I'm very smart and on top of the class.I don't react to what he says,but lately it's really been getting on my nerves.What's up with this guy?I'd understand if I said or did something to him,so ok,in that case he'd be paying me back,but I never argue with someone just for the sake of it,I try to avoid all conflict and deal with things peacefully.But I just can't stand what he's doing anymore.I'm in second year now and he's been like this since the start of the first year.I really don't know what his problem is...

Now, I really don't intend to be mean here, but GET OVER YOURSELF. "I'm a sophisticated, polite girl... take my education seriously, I'm very smart, top of the class"... Seriously? I wouldn't be too quick to think you're too good for him. Grades aren't the be all and end all of intelligence and he's not necessarily "brainless".
My advice? Come down to earth and treat him like a human being. He might not take the piss out of you then.
There's a small chance he likes you, but of course you've considered that seeing as you're full of yourself...
