I was just seeing if anyone had any suggestions on how a nerd could turn into a emo im not a huge nerd thats just the best social class i fit into so if anyone can help me please do so

Lonely_girl answered Sunday October 17 2010, 12:16 am: :P well don't call yourself emo or cut or anything. i think it would work best if you went into the 'rocker' categorie (besides most rockers are just scarier looking nerds) :P. and that is very easy to do, grow your hair out just a bit, invest in a few dark colored t shirts and a few band tshirts, anykind of jeans really, the grungyer looking the better (rips worn out etc.)and learn a bit about classic music (iron maiden, zeppelin, ozzy, whatever you feel really). maybe learn to play guitar, not nessecary. its really quite a versitile style. have fun trying to find yourself :) and girls dig rockers :P or at least i do [ Lonely_girl's advice column | Ask Lonely_girl A Question ]

Emo means you are self destructive and that's absolutely not a good thing.
Scene and goth, however are the two different styles that Emo usually get confused for.
Goth is all black all the time. Pale skin, lace, full sleeves and pants/skirts, and eyeliner for girls or guys.
