I use to be very insecure and if i felt like i looked so good something would always change that and i would only see flaws,ive changed but theres still some insecurity there what can i do to change that?(:

The way to break the habit is to stop the thinking where it starts. When you start looking at yourself in the mirror and being critical, stop yourself and go do something else. Keep doing this for a while, and eventually you will stop thinking about it as much. And when you stop thinking about it, you will feel better about yourself. Remember you are your own worse critic.
