planing on quitting

Iv came to a point in my life where I'm deciding to quit smoking but my main concern is stress .that's why I smoke .working two jobs and dealing with people all day becomes stressfull for me .I don't smoke at home just at work and iv been hideing this from my wife for quite some time .the cologne the gum mothwash you name it .but its realy taking its toll on me ciggerets make me tired and I'm ready to quit now so I need help .what's the easist way to quit

Sounds a bit like me except a little different...I just quit my job because the stress made me turn to food for comfort, so much like a smoking addiction I had a food addiction...and it didn't help that I was in a restaurant setting (around my drug of choice)
I'd say it would be a lot easier to quit once you took some stress out of your life. After all...aside from it being a habit, you smoke because it relieves stress. You may want to consider changing jobs.
