What's the best kind of camera for a 14 yer old girl that just likes to take pictuces of herself an her friends and is super super easy to download onto the computer and can do it within like 20 minutes and is less than 200$? Thanks!

If I were you I'd go with the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W170 because it has 10.1 megapixels. The other ones are lower than that and so the pictures aren't as clear of a quality. $187 is very affordable and will last you a long time camera-wise.

If I were you, I'd totally give a look online for better pricing than listed above. I didn't do a whole lot of research for pricing but I'm sure you can get them cheaper than that.
