the irony is that the house, meant to protect its inhabitants from nuclear war, is the only thing that survived the nuclear war. hell, the owner's shadow is burned into the side of the house. And the house, caring for its long-dead residents, ended up setting itself on fire and burning down the last remnant of civilization. the dog part was pretty metal too.
