are we on different levels?

i'm 18 a freshman in college and my boyfriend is 20 a junior, our we on the same level? like is he too old for me?

That all depends on how you feel. If you feel that age bothers you when it comes to love, then that's up to you what you decide to do with the relationship. In my opinion, I don't think he's too old for you. There are ton's of people who are in love with varying age differences.

You're both legal adults, and he's only two years older than you. I don't see anything wrong with the age difference at all. My boyfriend is six years older than me, and I don't see anything wrong with that, either. As long as you're both adults (for legal reasons), then age is just a number. It really depends on what you mean by being on the "same level", though. Are you happy with him? Do you feel like you're both on the same level? If so, then there's nothing wrong.
