The lubricant from the condom is not going to build up in your uterus. That is an old myth.
You should definitely have regular pap smear exams though to make sure you don't have cancerous parts or any type of HPV that is common in the woman's reproductive organs. During this the doctor does not scrape your womb at all--he/she actually scrapes a small part of your cervix. The cervix is the fleshy thing between your vagina (birth canal) and your uterus (womb).
If you don't get your yearly check up that includes a pap smear then you're not keeping up on things. This is how people wind up finding out they have terminal cancer many times. They end up only going to the doctor when they realize something is wrong. By the time you realize something is wrong like cancer on your cervix then the cancer could be large or spreading. A regular check-up makes sure you are healthy.
You need to get a papsmear. They will scrape a little bit of your CERVIX but not your uterus. The only time a woman needs her womb scraped is if she has an abortion, miscarriage, or other serious health problems. Then the doctor might go in and remove debris, tumors, or whatever else that needs to be removed. ]
