My period came twice last month and it didnt come this month, why could this be happening? Is it normal? Oh and im 17f

It's not 'normal' but it does happen.
Most women have 'due dates' and what not with there periods but some don't.
Once I went almost three months not having my period, and then when I finally did get it I got it twice in a month like you did. Nothing wrong with you. Just annoying lol.

Periods are sometimes irregular. I wouldn't really be concerned unless you have reason to be (i.e. possible pregnancy). But even if you were pregnant I don't see why that would cause two periods in one month. If anything this is just weird, but not abnormal.
