what is cramping after menstaral periode?
When yoiur done with your period is it normal to cramp badly? If not what can that be?

i've found it normal for diarrhea to occur during or after my period. this can result in menstrual like cramps. also, your body may be trying to get rid or leftover blood, or just might feel sore from cramping during the period in itself.
but if it still concerns you, go talk to your doctor.
