Can you get STDs on your butt?

Question Posted Wednesday September 15 2010, 1:14 am

My boy had anal sex with me few weeks ago && now I am itching my ass like crazy. I got him to look at it and he said it looks real nasty. My ma would KILL me if she found out we was fooling around. I thought butt sex was safe cause you cant get pregnant and now I'm like whoa. Can you get like a disease on your butthole? My BF has had sex allot before but not alot to where hes infected I don't think?

STDs can be spread to the anus. And while we're on the subject, to the mouth, as well.

You need to see a doctor.

It only takes once to get infected, as you may or may not have just found out. Yes, you can get pretty much any STD through anal sex, most are even more likely to be gotten that way than through vaginal intercourse.
