I like Gatorade sports drink. They taste good and it says it has electrolytes in it for you body to work better. Is it bad to drink Gatorade every day though? I don't want to be unhealthy and my mom said drinking Gatorade every single day is not exactly healthy. I mean, is Gatorade even bad for you though if you drink it everyday?
If you find yourself doing those activities every day and are drinking Gatorade then it's okay but otherwise I wouldn't do that and would limit it to 1-2 per week. What you should be doing to stay healthy as an alternative is drink tons of water and if you need flavor to it try those kind of waters or ones that are flavored with added vitamins as your drink of choice or add something like Crystal Light to it.
