having sex and the condom broke

Question Posted Monday September 13 2010, 10:34 am

Okay! So my boyfriend and I were having sex and the condom broke, but he always pulls out before he busts and as soon as he felt it rip, he pulled out and got a new condom. Im on the backend of my period so i still have some blood, but its very light and little. So im not ovulationg or anything, so im wondering if im okay? If i wasnt on my period, i would be worried but since i still kinda am, im not as scared..but I just wanted to make sure! Thankyaaa :)

You could be pregnant regardless. There is always that possibility of pre-nut.

But personally, do I think your pregnant? No, I don't. Could there be a chance? Of course.

Just wait ti'll next month and see if you get your period, that really all you can do.

You are unlikely to get pregnant under these circumstances.

What you appear to be unaware of, is that there are sperm in pre-ejaculation secretions. Also, sperm can live inside your body for up to 7 days. You weren't ovulating on that day, but if you were 7 days in the future, you could become pregnant then.
