17|f. ughhh i have this random red spot on the tip of my nose! i got it about 7-8 months ago & it wont go away. its not raised & was never a pimple. i wash my face twice a day & that hasnt helped. i exfoliate. ive tried those blackhead strips. i even got a facial & its still there!! i finally got rid of all my acne then this shows up it drives me crazy. does anyone know how i could get rid of it? thanks.

You may have some broken capillaries under the skin, in which case all the anti-acne treatments in the world won't do any good. You may want to talk to a dermatologist, or at least look into concealers.
