Go to the doctors and ask for this-
In america recently they brought out this tablet for depression but then realised it cured cigarette addiction also. You take them for 2 weeks or so, whilst you smoke, then you stop altogether, don't even need or want one. They are brill and can work wonders just ask or look up their name online. At least then you'll know their name so you can ask their doc for one. Good luck x

giiiirl i feel you, haha. ive been smokin for 3 years & im only 17. withdrawl is hard as hell, i understand. first get rid of all lighters, packs, ash trays..etc. then for a week or two dont hang out with your friends that smoke. if your parents smoke then ask them not to around you. suck on a lollipop or squeeze a stressball every time you get a craving. also, think about how disgustin & how unhealthy youll be at 35-40. they do have medication that will make you nauseated everytime you try to smoke. but i dunno if you can get it under 18. goood luck, im givin you props for quittin early! x sweeethoney

Wow , well your body is so use to it , you need a way to stop or it will keep getting worse. You need to find another hobby or someone near you that will keep an eye on you. If you cannot find someone who can keep an eye on you , I really recommend you go see a doctor or parents or someone who can help you out. You can use those pads that you can buy that will restrain you from smoking , but they are dangerous , so I do not know if you up for it , it is something if you go near smoke then it will give you a heart attack. I am sure you can stop , your at an early age and I can see you want to stop before it is too late and that is a good sign , if you push yourself to it I am sure / positive you will be able to stop. My advice to you is you need to talk to someone either a doctor or parents or friends or someone. You need to surround yourself with things you like more like what makes you want to live other then smoking. I am sure if you have faith in yourself and ask for God's help you can make it happen and become more healthier and stronger. This might help you [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) or [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
I am sure you can do it , please help yourself , you do not want to ruin your body.

Good luck girl : )
- Do not let the drugs get to you , I have faith in you that you can stop. I trust you.
