B7 vs. multi vitamin

Question Posted Saturday August 14 2010, 12:05 pm

I understand that the mineral, Biotin is found in many multi vitamins, and they make your hair grow. My question is, if I take "Women's One Daily" multi vitamin which includes Biotin, will it give me the same results that I would get by taking B7?

Pretty much. A straight biotin vitamin will probably increase hair and nail growth a little more, but it's not as good for you as a multiple vitamin. I take a multi vitAmin with I think 30% biotin. I've noticed my hair has grown much faster taking it.
