animal job for 14 yr old

Question Posted Friday August 13 2010, 5:01 pm

im fourteen and looking for a job concerning helping out animals. i've tried to volunteer, but every place says the same thing: that i need a parent or legal guardian with me at all times if under 18 yrs., and i know i'm mature enough to work things out myself. i want to earn some money and i love to work with animals, so i would love any advice in that field. do you know anyone who will pay me a little bit for work in an animal field? (:

Try a farm, you could get paid under the table and perhaps you could take care of the horses, or other live stock?
