What should I know about my new waitressing job?

Hello
So I have a new job and it's a waitress , and i'm really stressing out. I would like to know what are some key factors to keep in mind when you waitress someone in a big hall.

Ok if your looking for some extra money in your tips try to act and look sexy a man will find that hot and usually give a more generous tip. Trust me this will work!
