i've heard that 3 of my friends might be doing "ecstasy" can you please tell me what that is and can it be harmful?

Yes ecstasy can be harmful, depends how much you take, and it can effect the body very badly, the harmful effects of the drug will increase exponentially. short term effects: heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature, dehydration, sweating, nausea, blurred vision, faintness, dizziness, confusion. long term effects: liver damage, brain damage, paralysis.
