You seem to have a healthy outlook on your body and even know what you'd like to transform it into. And I swear I know you know the answer to this one.
If you want more junk in da trunk, put on ankle weights and get down on the floor and work it! Target your areas, do the exercises designed for that area, and that's where you'll get results!
Do I exercise? Hell no, I cannot seem to drop the Mom lbs. and it's not terrible but everyone should work out; for their whole health. I found a club today for $10 a Month; and it's called $10 a Month. A new facility with all the bells and whistles; so we'll see if I can get those Tina Turner legs I JUST KNOW I could have if I worked on it! She's in her 70's!
Just be healthy,take your time,learn from a trainer so you do the exercise right, and if you're young, you'll see results immediately. After 40, lotsa luck, so go for it get yourself that bad donk and tiny waist and master that curvaceous blessing called your body.
