Fearne answered Tuesday January 25 2011, 6:45 am: Firstly, I wouldn't recommend aspiring to Megan Fox - she is an actress who probably has her own nutritionist and personal trainer who motivates her to do exercise. She is well known for her body and so it's not realistic to want to look like her - everybody is built differently and so what works for her may not work for you. I may not be right but from what I remember, she's also quite tall, which has an effect on her body too.
Squats are an excellent exercise, also ab crunches (lie on your back, knees up close to you, and then do sit-up type movements) and that sort of thing will get you toned in problem areas. You can find many exercises on the Internet by just searching for them, and video tutorials.
Getting a balanced and healthy diet is essential. Gradually swapping fatty foods for lower fat alternatives is a good start - definitely do not cut food out, because without calories to burn you will have less energy for exercise. [ Fearne's advice column | Ask Fearne A Question ]
EricasAdvice answered Saturday August 7 2010, 8:39 pm: Okay so, you want your body thin and fit. You really should do squats. It doesn't matter how many. Like i did 100 today (Might be a little too much) But i looked in the mirror and my body was thin ans tight. It looked great. I suggest you try that! And make sure you don't eat too much fat food. Because it really does matter. I suggest you eat plenty of fruit and light food like grilled cheese. And every once in a while you can treat yourself to something sweet or salty :) Just make sure you do at least 30 squats a day! Oh, and do like 5 push ups. Trust me , those two excersices are life savers :) Really hope this helped you!
