What to put into the hours of dance practice everyday I really want to improve hip hop dance and become professional. I'm 15, is three years enough? Also, I wanna put hours of dance in everyday but, what should I put into those hours? I want to learn but I'm not sure where to start. Please help!

well why not buy one of those dvd's that you keep fit with i heard they do hip hop style ones. I am sure 3 years is enough.
Or join a club or group in your area that does hip hop dancing or your school. If you don't want to do that then maybe go and watch a show for tips and ideas

conditioning (so like push ups and stuff.. google various conditioning ideas) id do conditioning twice a week.
flexibility. okay in hop hop its not really much needed altho it gives you so much mroe chance of brining new things to the table PLUS it lowersthe risk of injuring yourself.. look up flexiblity training. id doo this one a week for about 30 mins. im a cheerelader so i do this everyday.
and other dyas i would mess around with moves =)
have one day where you can go for a run and improve stamina. and PLEASE make sure you have a decent rest day. and do not do condition two days in a row! ]
