How can I sell/patent my idea for New Years 2011 glasses?

Question Posted Thursday July 29 2010, 1:20 pm

I'm 16 and have no idea what to do.. I have a great idea, don't ask how cause I don't want someone to steal it, but I do? Should I try to get a patent or is it too late? Or Should I first try and sell my idea to a company? How do I do that? And which companies should I contact? thanks

Speak to a patent attorney. Most lawyers will do an initial meeting with you for free, ask when you call.
