As I am growing older (19) I want to learn more about how real estate works. I have a really big comprehension problem, so for me it's really confusing to interpret how mortgages work, refinancing, interest, etc. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how you purchase a home, what those terms mean and how they apply to real estate. If there is some youtube video showing the explanation in pictures ( I don't know if that's possible) that will be very helpful too. I have looked all of this up this past hour, and still am confused. Thanks
I'm in the midst of selling my house, so I'm knee-deep into it. But do I understand it? Just the peripheral stuff.
ALL you have to do it hit GOOGLE and type in RE 101 and you'll have more answers than you ever dreamed of!
Good luck!

SERIOUSLY, I wasnt being a jerk; you've got to have a serious education for all that craziness"
I wish you all the luck
