The best way to get rid of body fat is cardio or aerobic workouts. This is because excess fat is calories that were eaten but never burned off, so the body stored it between the muscles and the skin. Workouts that get your heart rate up burns calories (or fat). The exercise does not have to be complex. It can be as simple as jogging. But if you get bored of the same routines like I do, I suggest that you look into these so you can mix it up:
* swimming
* line jumps
* lunges
* jumprope
* bicycling
* stair climbing
* rollerblading
* even dancing!
